There's a nice opensource git management software called Gitea. Has a nice features like Github and is lightweight. But Gitlab has a lot of features, is also very good.

That option doesn't show up for me. I don't know why. I'm new here so maybe i don't have some permissions. I wanted to join a community of software developers but didn't find any.
