Hello, creative world, and all Hiveans, communities, and friends! Happy Valentine's Day and love to you all. Love does not have a specific meaning nor is it limited to particular individuals. Love is abundant; it exists everywhere and is meant for everyone, including parents, children, siblings, friends, and partners.
February 14th is a global celebration dedicated to expressing love, affection, and appreciation. Everyone knows the history of this special day.
I would like to thank the @diyhub community for organizing this initiative and this month’s contest celebrating Valentine’s Day in our own creative ways.
Honestly, I have never celebrated this day because I understand that love is expressed through feelings and relationships. I love everyone, myself, my family, relatives, friends, all humans, trees, animals, birds, and all aspects of nature, art, and life. I feel this love in every moment of my life.
So every day is Valentine's Day for me.
But today with this creativity as an appreciation to all loving and living things around me.
The reminder for 14 February
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY
materials:
cardboard from packaging old box
Ruler
Small pieces of glitter paper pink and red
1 A4 blue color paper
cutter
pencil
glue
scissors
masking tape
12 beads
small piece of white paper
Black pen.
small string for hanging the calendar.
I cut the packaging box and got two pieces of cardboard.
I took the one measuring 24 cm x 18.5 cm
and mark a 2 cm border on each side.
used a cutter to cut the frame
I have a frame 24cmx18.5cm
and I saved the middle part which is 20 cm x 14.5 cm.
I cut 3 cm strips from blue paper.
4 pieces blue-colored strips 3 cm x 24 cm.
the leftover piece I used to glue on the centerpiece
The centerpiece
Using glue fix all strips on the frame.
here is the frame and centerpiece.
Just put it together to see if it fits in.
I had some waste red glitter pieces that I thought to use on the frame corners.
the corners were fixed.
Glued a small leftover piece of the blue strip to joint the frame and centerpiece. (from the rare side)
Cut the corner of pink glitter paper to get a heart shape.
heart shape had done
and the white paper piece of 14 cm x 8.5 cm was cut and lined to make a calendar.
Made a simple calendar of February month using a black pen.
on the 14th I marked with a small red colored glitter paper heart.
Not so complicated to make small alphabets from red glitter paper.
and adjusting them in a small place is a little difficult.
But I managed it and glued one more small red heart in the pink heart.
Put a few beads on each corner and the calendar reminder for Valentine's Day is ready.
Thank you very much for reading this tutorial.
Thanks and love to you all.
