Turkey on the way to the world's top 10 economic powers: Erdogan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that with huge investments and large-scale projects, the country is moving towards becoming one of the world's top 10 economic powers. He made the remarks in a video message sent at the inauguration of a bridge in Malatya province on Saturday.
"We are investing heavily in major projects to transform our country into one of the 10 largest economies in the world," Erdogan said, adding that half of the world's largest projects currently undertaken in Turkey.
He added that Turkey's goal is to capture the future with the help of space technology, high-tech and artificial intelligence.
Erdogan said, "The courage we have gained from our strong infrastructure has led to the relentless pursuit of our goals in every field, the expansion of our capabilities, and in particular the expansion of new production areas." Source: Yeni Shafak
