Luke 1:37
For nothing is impossible with God
Everything around us speaks of God's wonders. From the firmaments, to the earthly bodies, to the human and other creations all speak of God's omnipotence nature.
In human impossibilities do we find God's spectacles of wonders. Those things that may be impossible for men pose no problem for God. God has been doing the manly impossible things from time past.
The book of Exodus chapter 14, gives us an insight of God's wonders in parting the Red Sea when the children of Israel were to cross the Red Sea.
In verse 10...
As Pharaoh approached, the Israelites looked up, and there were the Egyptians, marching after them. They were terrified and cried out to the Lord.
The Egyptians haven held the people of Israelites captive for 400 years, would still not let them go in peace, but God delivered the children of Israel by dividing the Red Sea miraculously.
The spectacles of God's wonder tells of His power to DO, Re-do, and Un-do. He is the omnipotent God, and remain forever unlimited in what He can do.
The same Red Sea the the children of Israel crossed safely on dry land became the harbor of doom of the Egyptians troops.
The book of Luke chapter 1, foretold the miraculous birth of Jesus by the virgin Mary. Mary asked the bearer of the message a question..
Luke 1:34
'How will this be, since I am a virgin?"
Maybe, you are also asking the same question;
How will I get my own child since I am already passed the age of child birth?
How will I get my dream job, it's been years since I left school?
How I will surmount this obstacles before me?
How will I break loose from my captives, since I have no power?
How do I cross my personal Red Sea with enemies abound in hot chase?
How will this be, when I am sandwich between natural shortage and dead hopes?
Remember the final answer given by the angel to Mary in verse 37;
For there is nothing impossible with God.
Matthew 19:26
Jesus looked at them and said, 'With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.'
There is nothing too difficult for Him to do. No mountain is too high to scale through. No bondage is too old for Him to set loose. No matter the problem, 'Nothing is impossible with God.'
As you obey God's word and trust solely in God, as you obey His commands and keep His statute, may God's wonder abound in your life in Jesus' name... (AMEN!)
