Come Manifest Yourself O Lord.
DEUTERONOMY 4:32-36
32 Ask now about the former days, long before your time, from the day God created human beings on the earth; ask from one end of the heavens to the other. Has anything so great as this ever happened, or has anything like it ever been heard of?
33 Has any other people heard the voice of God speaking out of fire, as you have, and lived?
34 Has any god ever tried to take for himself one nation out of another nation, by testings, by signs and wonders, by war, by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, or by great and awesome deeds, like all the things the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your very eyes?
35 You were shown these things so that you might know that the Lord is God; besides him there is no other.
36 From heaven he made you hear his voice to discipline you. On earth he showed you his great fire, and you heard his words from out of the fire.
O yes, our Lord of the old is still the same today. He changed not. He that speaks through fire and make a nation out of the children of Israel.
He can still do it again. He still answers through fire. He is still in the business of doing wonders. Nothing is impossible with Him if only we believe in His name. He shines in light so bright that darkness can not comprehend.
At the mention of His name, darkness will flee, mountains will be made as plain, storms will become calm. Lord, come and take your place and manifest yourself in our lives. Deliver us from every slavery of the mind, slavery of power in high places. Consume every evil in and around us and make us a shining light. Come and manifest yourself O Lord and give us victory on all sides.
The 'Hope Beckons' series started last year as a way to motivate as many as possible through the Holy Scripture(Bible) with prayers to accompany each series. Hope Beckons series aim at giving hope to everyone out there. It is the needed capsule to inspire us to greatness by standing on the promises of God.
Addition to the 'Hope Beckons' Series
