If You Fail in Times of Adversity, Your strength is Small
PROVERBS 24:10
If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is low
Beloved, adversity are the challenges and the issues of life that confronts every human race on planet earth. The best time to test the loyalty/integrity of a person is in the period of his/her low time. A person's true strength is tested in the period of his/her down time. The strength of couples are tested when one party isn't functioning in his/her full capacity.
When Job was to be tested for his faithfulness and love for God, the devil complained that God has so much bless Job. To test Job's true strength, the devil brought so many adversity on Job. Yet, Job's stand in God never wavered.
If severe challenges of life were to come your way, would you still stand firm in Christ? If your spouse loses his job, would you still respect him as the head? If your wife fails in her duty to respect you, would you still love her? the true test of strength is not in plenty but when the tides are down. If thou falter in times of trouble, your strength is small.
I pray for you today, that you receive strength to stand firm in Christ at all times. May you not be like the waves of the sea that are unstable when the winds of adversity come....(AMEN!)
The 'Hope Beckons' series started last year as a way to motivate as many as possible through the Holy Scripture(Bible) with prayers to accompany each series. Hope Beckons series aim at giving hope to everyone out there. It is the needed capsule to inspire us to greatness by standing on the promises of God.

This year, I intend to make the 'Hope Beckons' series more inspiring and cheerful by introducing: 'Hope Beckons - Share&Care. Hope Beckons- Share&Care will only feature every mid-week(Wednesday) as an act of kindness to my followers on the Hope Beckons series.
