Your Word My Hope
PSALM 119:113-120
113 I hate double-minded people, but I love your law.
114 You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word.
115 Away from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commands of my God!
116 Sustain me, my God, according to your promise, and I will live; do not let my hopes be dashed.
117 Uphold me, and I will be delivered; I will always have regard for your decrees.
118 You reject all who stray from your decrees, for their delusions come to nothing.
119 All the wicked of the earth you discard like dross; therefore I love your statutes.
120 My flesh trembles in fear of you; I stand in awe of your laws.
Your words are my command O' Lord. Your words are light that illuminate the innermost depth of every heart. Your words give understanding to the simple. Your words are mighty to guide, uphold and to save. Your words are sweet melodies capable of
healing broken hearts.
Direct my footsteps according to your words and let no sin rule over me. Sustain me O' Lord, according to your promise. Bring to fulfilment in me your promise of life and longitivity of days in the land of the living. Bring to fulfilment in my life your promise of multiplicity and productivity. Bring to past in my life your promise of dominion and sufficiency in Jesus' name... (AMEN!)
Addition to the 'Hope Beckons' Series
This year, I intend to make the 'Hope Beckons' series more inspiring and cheerful by introducing: 'Hope Beckons- Share&Care. Hope Beckons- Share&Care will only feature every mid-week(Wednesday) as an act of kindness to my followers on the Hope Beckons series.
