Really glad to read a post like this one.

I don't know if we are good developers or good business man, and probably not, but we do our best to reach our goal. Unfortunately that lead us to make some choices which can be missunderstood by the community and the players.

But don't get it wrong, even with the recent changes FutureShock and Drugwars are not leaving Steem, and I doubt that somebody can afford the cost of moving me away from Steem.

We could stay in a close environnement like we did at start but I really think that attracting non crypto users is the first way to introduce people into blockchain an particularly to Steem. And creating a Steem account is the first step of our plan for Steem. We have other ideas to give the will to gamers to obtain a steem account and get benefit of what Steem can offer to them, not only with drugwars, it can be steemit, busy, steemmonster, steemhunt or whatever, but they will have an easier way to discover that world. And it will be even more relevant when we will release the Kraken with the SteemEngine support making another step in the use of the nebulous of dapps based on Steem...

So thanks for not being short sighted and supporting the project here on Steemit and also for your contribution on Brave.
