My Growing Cactus collection

Every time I go to the market I search for new options for cacti. I'm trying to build a massive collection so I basically buy what I see. This weeks haul was amazing. These are some truly special specimens and I spent less than 150 pesos on all of them.

This one reminds me of a dandelion but is definitely a cactus. I spent 40 pesos on these last two cacti.

This one was 25, my only regret is not buying the second one but I think I'll live. These are the first of my "hairy" cacti.

This one now sits on my desk. Something about the fur makes it look inviting even though I know its not.

I'll end this post sharing a bit of a convo I had with the amazing @erikaharris. In all of my recent delving into spiritualism I haven't looked into my unexplained cacti obsession. I mean they are thorny and strange looking, why am I obsessed? She recommended that I look up the spiritual significance. Strength, ability to survive in harsh conditions and some others I hadn't thought of. I love cactus cause they remind me of me! How cool!
