The word mining implies the search for something precious, something irreplaceable and not to be found in any other way. The mind never truly understands what is precious, other than what it has been taught.

The first change is in energy, in vibration. External changes are most definitely needed, but the first and most important is internal. Doing BOTH shifts everything. Thanks for posting this reminder.
