Oh no. I was also wondering about that but I wasn't able to ask or even remembered to ask about diseases. I guess the risk is lower for fruit-eating bats but I don't really know. They were pretty much chill about us visiting tho. Even tho some of them are kinda outside of the cave already haha probably used to the visitors as well.

Also thankfully the visitors are respectful.
