Yes those are contacts. The liquid liner is similar to a marker. There are some liners that have built in brushes inside them and the liquid liner is in the tube itself but I’ve always find that very hard to use since often the bristles are too soft, easier to make mistakes lol. The marker type now is more popular so I haven’t seen that type in a while.
