Money has always been fleeting in my life. I've never had a lot of it. I definitely want more but since i never really have ive found different priorities and happiness. Stuff that doesn't require money. Or much of it.

My basic rule is live simply. If i have internet. Then i have you guys, hive, youtube snd access to any subject of interest i want to research. Therefore I don't have a tv. I have a tablet. I dont even know what shows are on tv. Seen only one episode of game of thrones.

Clothes. I dont like fancy dress. I have a simple wardrobe that i can wear to work or casual. But im not the type to squander money on the latest styles or trends.
Honestly i probably only have about ten days of clothes. My shoes are humble and simple.

Food. Im italian. Making two pounds of pasta at the beginning of the week is cheap and functional.

My biggest expenditure and indulgance is beer. I drink exceptionally cheap beer at a cost of about two dollars a day. Four if im having a particularly hard day. Thats my indulgence at the end of the night.

If anything hobbies are the biggest expenditure of money in my life. Right jow all of them are on hold. Buying a telescope and sldr for astrophotography can wait. Horticulture. I love collecting tropical plants. Its relatively cheap though but currently i dont have the space for it. But its a hobby where you buy once and for as long as you can keep the plants alive youre saving money.

Other ways i make do besides keeping jy overhead low. Have zero credit cards. A bank debit card i use if i need to make online purchases. But thats it. I keep all my money on hand. And i hate carrying around large bills lest im likely to use it. So i pay for everything in cash snd carry usually no more than ten to twenty bucks on me tto prevent impulse buying.
