As a Monstera plant matures, it gets these ruffles.
They're absolutely adorable...
These are Monstera Deliciosa cuttings that I'm trying to root.
I'm really hoping they root because this plant has aged nicely and future leaves could be very fenestrated.
I have several Monstera Deliciosa plants that are fully-rooted... but they don't have the ruffles yet.
Today, I checked on these cutting...
The one that is rooting also has rot.
Hm.
I ended up just cutting off the rot because it wasn't anywhere near the new root.
Earlier, I decided I'm going to put them outside and inside some water to propagate!
They were in sphagnum moss...
Time will tell.
