Last month I was in shock when I received my gas bill because it was double the amount that I would usually pay...why? After calling customer service they gave me some upsetting news. Apparently their employee was too busy to check the meter...so they just estimated how much gas I would use....wait what?!
That is unfair... I can't believe they are allowed to do this!
