Wolves last season hired 20-year-old left-back Rayan Aït Nouri from SCO Angers, and the Frenchman has impressed so much that the lease has now been made permanent, as he has signed a contract until 2026.
Wolves has just confirmed this on their website, where the club's technical director, Scott Sellars, states that they have picked up a player with great potential:
Ryan is an excellent trade for the club. He proved last season that he is a very talented player with great potential. He is a player who only gets better, he is a good guy, he works hard and he has found himself at ease.
Nouri played 24 games for the Wolves last season and the club should have paid around 34 Million for him. Before his time in English, it turned into 23 matches in Ligue 1 at SCO Angers. The left-back has also played five matches for the French U21 national team, but he was not part of the squad for the U21 European Championships this summer.
