The Italian transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano, was able to report yesterday that Chelsea have begun negotiations with Sevilla for the 22-year-old defensive talent Jules Koundé. Furthermore, Romano reported that Chelsea are trying to push the price down by including Kurt Zouma in a potential deal.
Today, Fabrizio Romano could also announce that Chelsea are already in serious negotiations with Sevilla, where The Blues have made the first offer in terms of securing the young midfielder.
How Sevilla relate to the offer, Romano reports nothing yet, but the offer was supposed to have started negotiations. Sevilla have recently signed a swap deal with Tottenham for Bryan Gil and Erik Lamela, so it is not unfamiliar territory for the Spanish club.
