A hundred years ago, Garnett County, Montana, the United States was a thriving province filled with gold miners and their families. Who are working hard to establish a community in the heart of the mountains. It was the beginning of the city in 1860 when gold was discovered. It was first named Mitchell and then became Garnet, the name known to this day. By 1898, Garnet was home to more than 1,000 people.
By 1905, the percentage of gold in the city's territory had been reduced, forcing most miners to leave and leave the place with their families. Only 150 people remained in the entire city. In 1912, a large fire destroyed half of the town and was not restored. Remained workers to participate in the war and thus completely abandoned the city of Garnet and left their homes and theater and salons and restaurants to be inhabited by ghosts.
