Ghost in the Shell 1 (First movie)

The Puppet Master tricked everyone. Not only did he take over Motoko Kusanagi, but he also used the contents of her metal body (and the access protocols, permissions, and other capabilities + technology she has within her) to destabilize Japan. At the same time, he will steal secret data with which he will blackmail them. He will threaten the government that if they do not comply with his demands, he will hand over the data to a rival state. The story will end with Puppet Master eliminating Major and Batou after taking over his friend's cyber body. When he escapes to another country, he will choose a politician who has a chance to win and come to an agreement with him - the politician will get a position and money, while the Puppet Master will get real power and unrestricted access to everything in a given country.
