Before my weeks-worth hiatus, I had been sharing with you my crochet pattern-testing experiences. Guess what? I recently just wrote my own pattern!!!

I was actually initially hesitant to push with it because the voices in my head kept on telling me that it would be another failure. Self-sabotage in its finest. Haha. Still, in the end, I decided to brush those unpleasant thoughts off, and just did it. There is nothing to lose here anyway.

So I continued on jotting down notes as I made progress with the design I had in mind. The process of designing and writing the pattern were both exciting and tiring. I sincerely enjoyed it, but I wasn't too fond of taking the photos. HAHAA It was all worth it in the end, though!

I named this, Matilda Co-Ord.

Aiming for comfort, Matilda was designed to be breathable and flowy. It is a perfect OOTD whether you are out in a hot day or just simply lounging at home. I used size 1 fingering fine cotton yarn, which made this set so soft! Aside from being comfy, another thing I love about Matilda are the pockets on the shorts! Yep! I made pockets for it because I love pockets on my dresses or bottoms. I mean, who doesn't? Haha

I am plannning on releasing this written pattern on July, since It'll be the 1st anniv of my crochet account! Hihi. But before that, I will have the pattern be tested first.

I am currently looking for crochet artists who are interested in testing Matilda Co-Ord written pattern, from chid size to adult 2XL. Hihi

If you are interested, you may fill out the application form which may be found here: mgothooked.carrd.co/. I will be choosing the testers maybe next week. Hihi
