My friend, A, and I agreed to meet at Molito in Alabang for our Christmas date. Like the last time I went to Alabang to meet with her, I also rode the PNR this time. It's just so convenient and more affordable! Since it was in the morning, the train was kind of spacious and I even got to sit! Yay!
I arrived in Molito around 11AM, so we decided to have coffee first before having lunch. We ended up in Single Origin. It was both our first time there, and we liked the ambiance of the place. A ordered hot coffee with crème brulee while I ordered iced capuccino. TBH, I was disappointed with the taste of my capuccino. I found it bland. But maybe I am just not used to it? Dunno. The crème brulee was good, though! A and I haven't seen each other for months, so we spent hours talking, that we didn't notice we reached 1PM in the coffee shop. Haha!
We didn't feel like having lunch yet so we stayed in the outdoor tambayan in Molito, where we continued catching up. It was already around 3 or 4PM when we walked towards Westgate and had late lunch at Pizza Telepono. We ordered Caesar Salad for sharing (na super dami!) and chicken.
From there, we walked towards Central Park 'cause I initially wanted to rent a bike there. But when we arrived, I suddenly felt tamad to do it, so we just took pictures, and then walked back to Molito. Oh! We stopped by ATC for a bit because I had to withdraw. A also ended up buying something in Marks and Spencer.
When we were back in Molito, we ordered drinks from Coco and nachos from Frankie's, which we ate in the outdoor tambayan again. We had fun chitchating, that we lost track of time. Our journey going home was a struggle. And I mean, a STRUGGLE. Hahahahuhuhu
Although the latter part of our day was tough and tiring, they could not overpower all the good things that happened this day. And for that, I am super grateful!
