While i think your points are very solid and valid... i think it is in the nature of a juvenile to be mischievous, so a lot of things could happen... now, i know a kiď that was arrested and sent to prison when he was 15.. wrong company.. he was with his friend when the guy stabbed someone, and association he was arrested... the boy spent about 4years in kuje prison in Abuja... when he got out, he became a very notorious person, and from then he was going in and out of prison... my point is, most times this kids should be rehabilitation.. they should be thought that actions have consequences... and when they're treated like adult criminals, they dont learn.. it boldens then..
