Wow !! this is great indeed !!, I took my time to go through it, actually I'm a similar case tonight though not relating to cold agglutinin, but want to cross match a patient for surgery tomorrow morning (both patient and donor are O+).
Really gave another height to my knowledge about what to expect from cross matching same blood groups. And the Autologous blood donation too.
