This prompt is a great question that has to do with how a person would navigate through starting a company that would achieve success in the long run. When starting a company, it is a roller coaster at first because you would have to implement all the strategies and ideas you have put in place to become successful. Hence, the question of who would work for me be it humans or the use of AI agents poses a great question of concern. From my experience so far one thing I've come to realizes that when starting a company, the kind of organization you open determines the kind of resources you would want to put in place.
In other words, in a contemporary world if I intend to start my own company today I would employ the use of both human and AI agents to carry out duties and task in my company. This is because both parties have their strength and limitations that can work together to build a strong platform.
One reason why I would employ humans in my place of work or establishment is based on emotional intelligence, humans have the tendency to feel and build connections amongst themselves, this is a necessity especially when you build an organization that has to do with relationships with customers. In this case we need humans to build chores and create emotional connections as this would be crucial for growth and development. This is why in companies today they tend to take customer relationships seriously because through this means people feel appreciated.
Also, I would definitely employ the services of AI because they tend to cover up some areas that humans can be lacking one of such areas is speed, while humans cannot work round the clock, AI has proven to have speed and they can achieve more within minutes such as analyzing, creating content ideas, coding and designing. In reality, one AI agent can perform the task given to many humans. AI is cost efficient especially for startup companies because it helps with limited budgets. It is also consistent and efficient as it does not get distracted but gets the job done.
In other words, as a startup company it is wise to employ the use of humans and AI agents side by side to accomplish tasks and duties. Take for instance, a writer can create ideas but also use AI tools for copy editors, also strategists can use Ai research tools to get a better job done.
