As a Write , of course we hope to present a good post,
posts on resteem and upvote voluntarily,
posts that provide real benefits for others, right?
But why are some writers so successful with their articles?
While some others just get 'sweat' and do not produce anything?
In my opinion, it's simple: a good article is a useful article.
here are some explanations on how to write well :
Write as long as you need it.
Write down as long as it can parse all what you want to say. No less, no more!
Often you can trim phrases and unnecessary words, just throw it away.
Keep writing simple, but can deliver content properly.
In my opinion, there is no benchmark of how many words are minimal for a good article.
Some people say at least 300, 500 or 700 words. I do not think so.
Write as long as anything, or anything short, if able to give a real solution thoroughly, it is a great article.
Unnecessary use of words and sentences does not make the article better.
Learn to use good grammar and spelling (I myself am still learning).
Writing nonstandard spellings will not help much,
unless your audience is very specific (community slang for example).
You are writing a scientific journal, using graceful grammar and spelling (however fixed the language of the rules)
is one of the factors that makes a 'nice' writing to be enjoyed.
But, this does not mean you should regularly use very standard grammar and spelling.
Writing with too much grammar with standard grammar and spelling can also be written to be very 'rigid' and monotonous.
Punctuation also should not be forgotten.
I myself every time finished writing always took the time to read again from beginning to end
to check this grammar and spelling problem.
Improper use of grammar, expression, term, imagery, or spelling and exaggeration will quickly
cause blog visitors to stop reading instantly. Keeping the writing light and easy to digest becomes very important.
If people are incapable of digesting, interpreting and implementing solutions or instructions in your writing,
then you have failed to bring a good article.
Split long enough articles into sub-headings. Use illustrations, images and text formats (bold, italics, underline and others)
to clarify the contents. Use a sentence that is not too long. And lastly, as a test,
read aloud your writing as you speak: is it heard?
Of course, topics are important in a writing.
Write about what you like, about what you feel comfortable with the topic.
Writing in a manner and style of writing well understood by your audience is another important thing.
The understanding of people varies in digesting a writing, it is necessary to adjust the writing with your audience.
Maybe you need some time to adjust and look for the right style of language.
Like verbal language, written language also has intonation, depending on the author's purpose.
There is a positive tone, there is a commanding tone. There are insinuating intonations, some are peaceful,
some are friendly, some are confrontational, opposite, vulgar, impressed and others.
Adjust the intonation for the purpose of writing. Practice steadily until you find what suits your own character.
I myself prefer positive intonation, and always invite people to think positively
(or do you find another intonation in my writings?)
Have you ever felt that you've found a topic but did not start writing,
just because you did not find a citationable reference? I often.
But now I realize it is a mistake. Quoting the opinion of others (especially an expert) is a good thing,
but also not to make us postpone post just because they have not found someone else's writing to be quoted.
Our blog is not an encyclopedia that almost always requires referrals.
Write as much as you can, as far as you know, and your own experience of something.
If you find other new stuff, you just update it.
That's much better than you postpone to write until you find a referral.
Those are some things that need to be considered in my opinion in creating and writing an article.
But from all that, there is one thing that I think is the most important, namely:
You must have something to say. I see people making articles on their blogs,
writing something on social media all the time: when they do not have anything meaningful and valuable to share.
You must have seen it.
Probably because they have to meet the 'mandatory update' schedule, or they want to remain 'considered exist',
the results will be the same: if nothing is useful to share, it will only worsen its own reputation.
