Hey @atma.love! Thank you so much for your kind answer with so many references and resources. I do appreciate that you took some time to write it and also bring your knowledge to this post. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I love to research, so with all those links, you gave me proper gifts, I should say! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've got very emotional reading about your healing journey with scabies because I know how hard is to navigate through the unknown looking for alternatives to heal. So, my friend, you know your body better than anyone! Follow your instincts during your healing journey and don't give up. Medical gaslighting is not something new. It happens every single day and as a patient, it sucks because you're in a very vulnerable state when you get sick... But, do you know what? Fuck the doctors! Science is not their property, they don't own the knowledge, especially in the internet era. Don't waste your energy and time trying to prove that you're right. Focus on yourself, and on your healing journey, this is more important now and for sure everything that you've learned will help other people. So, keep sharing it! I know it's easy said than done, for example, here in Brazil (where I live), I need a doctor to prescribe a simple urine test. So, yes, sometimes I need a doctor, but I'm learning how to be more focused on what I need and simply ignore all kinds of bullshit that they say and do during appointments. My cancer was kind of a school in terms of learning how to deal with doctors, including non-traditional medicine too. About the censorship in medical communities, well, I believe that the magic of Hive is decentralization. Here everyone has a voice and can build their own community. If they ignore you, just leave and find people who are interested in what you want to share. And I believe you have a lot to share! I'm creating this community "my professor womb" to share about woman's health care and also share my healing journey. You're more than welcome to join! I'm sending you all my compassion and the best positive vibrations for your healing journey. Sometimes, it seems to be very lonely, but it's not. We are all together! Keep in touch!
