4 motivos para ser feliz. (4 reasons to be happy.)
1-You live better, even if problems arise in your life, if you are happy you have the ability to cope with adversity, take a lesson, see it positively and have a nice smile on your face.
2-You live for longer, this proves that people who smile your body liberal endorphins and neurotransmitters that make your body strong, being more resistant to diseases (example: cardiovascular, heart attacks, etc.) and aging.
3-The world needs happy people. You can change to more than one nation by offering a smile. While we know there is a lot of evil, hate, war but you can be part of the change. As Gandhi said: I know the change you want to see in the world.
4-You are more productive, you connect more with what you do and you have more love.

2-Vives por mas tiempo, esta demostrarselo que Las personas que sonrien su cuerpo liberal endorfinas y neurotransmisores que hacen fotalecer tu cuerpo, siendo mas resistentes a enfermedades ( ejemplo: cardiovascular, infartos, etc) y al envejecimiento.
3-El mundo necesita personas felices. Tu puedes cambiar a mas de una nacion brindando una sonrisa. Si bien sabemos hay mucha maldad, odio, guerra mas pero tu puedes ser parte del cambio. Como dec铆a Gandhi: S茅 el cambio que quieres ver en el mundo.
