Happy Sunday!
It has been a lovely day for me so far, got up a little bit down but attending the thanksgiving service in my church lifted my spirit. Every first Sunday of the month is the Sunday we celebrate the thanksgiving of the month.
I attend Harvest House Christian Center here in Ibadan, and every gathering has been a blessing for me. I woke up today feeling very sick, got a severe headache and catarrh, but I had to motivate myself to attend church service.
I got to church 10 minutes late, met them singing and I joined them. I danced and I worship the Lord my God, it was a privilege to offer my dance, praise & worship to the lord. Then the Pastor blessed us, he used a verse in the bible to usher us into the second half of the new year.
So the cook took up the thigh with its upper part and set it before Saul. And Samuel said, “Here it is, what was kept back. It was set apart for you. Eat; for until this time it has been kept for you, since I said I invited the people.” So Saul ate with Samuel that day.

He highlighted the fact that Saul was not qualified enough to be in that gathering, but he was there. Saul even got a special waiting for him in a gathering he never knew he would attend. Then my Pastor said this month shall usher us into great miracles we are not even expecting.
This lifted up my spirit, as I echoed a resounding amen. I got home relieved, my spirit was lifted.
