Pre-season is far from the real season, but it is a ground at which teams set tone for their season. Things have not been funny for ‘Zizou’, his team has been below par. Bale about to move and injuries to some of new signings, not to talk of Asensio’s long term injury.

Luka Jovic was brought in to ease Benzema, he got injured to. And it seems that Benzema is the only person that can actually score goals presently in that team. The last game they played with Fenerbahce, in which they won 5-3. He scored a hat-trick.
With Hazard reportedly accused of been over-weight and the wingers not scoring, it seems Real Madrid is in for a long season. With Barcelona’s attackers looking sharp and Atletico’s unending recruitments, I think Real Madrid cannot afford to have a slow start to the season.

I sincerely hope this pre-season would act as a ginger for the team and continue to fire in all cylinders, I actually want to witness a proper el-classico ad not a drubbing as we are used to in recent years. It would be nice to witness a 3-legged race for the la-liga crown.
