only suggestion is to delete history, cookies and cache in your browser and try again (and try other browswers too)

you can update delegations on peakd.com (it's a blog site like hive.blog)

on that part of the account there is a button to delegate to an account.

The undelegation and redelegation have to be confirmed with hivesigner or peaklock. delegations take a few days 3 or 4 to come back to your account after delegating the amount back to 0.

I think hivesigner is down now, so you might have to wait until later today. I use hivesigner generally so can't login to peakd.com now.
