At the end of 2016, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, decided that the new year 2017 would begin by implementing a new Carnet in Venezuela, called Carnet de la Patria. The question that most is heard about this Carnet de la Patria, is something that we should all have clear, but it is not, and this question is, What is it and what is the card of the fatherland?
The identity card of the country is a tool that has been decided to be implemented in Venezuela to boost the Government's management, that is, to help ensure that there is better communication between the people, their needs and the Government.
For example, with this card you can be aware of the communities, in the sense that you can be aware of whether a person is receiving the necessary medical assistance, especially if you attend Barrio Adentro offices, or that both has to do to be able to assist the nearest, among other aspects of that medical part.

In this card will apply a new technology, first time used in Venezuela, although very common in the People's Republic of China, it is a QR Code, which in Spanish would be, Rapid Response Code, this Code helps to quickly access information of the user, residence, participation in government social programs, personal information and other information.
