The lecturer says 30 days are enough time to
add a habit or subtract one.
He says through these challenges, time became more
memorable and he tells what challenges he did.
He took a picture every day to remember where he was
and what he was doing.
He wrote a novel.
He climbed up Mt. Kilimanjaro.
He biked to work.
It seemed that his life certainly changed.
He also said his self-confidence grew.
If you really want something badly enough,
you can do anything for 30 days.
I learned that when I made small, sustainable changes,
things I could keep doing, they were more likely to stick.
I guarantee you the next 30 days are going to pass
whether you like it or not, so why not think
about something you have always
wanted to try and give it a shot.
My students who study ted actually plan their 30 day challenges
after they study this lecture.
It hasn't been long that I have started this project.
Also, there are only 3 students who are doing this project.
But I hope at least one of them to succeed.
Why don't we all choose one challenge and try for 30 days?
