Paso 1:
Recortamos un círculo y lo pegaremos en el centro de la cartulina. Echaremos una gota grande de pintura azul oscuro en la parte de arriba y abajo blanco. Difuminamos con un pincel grande húmedo en agua.

As a mothers our nights are only the other half of the day. We don't sleep completely, we just rest but we are alert. We become sensitive to movements and sounds. My baby is growing so she demands more food. Therefore, she gets up as many as 5 times for me to breastfeed her. I am almost always exhausted at night but my love for her gives me all the energy to stay awake. Every time she wakes up I treat her with lots of love even though my eyes are starry with tiredness, my back hurts and my arms are numb. So when the day comes I try again to be the best for her with more love.
