A few days ago I saw an idea of how to make a hummingbird with discs (CDS) and I wanted to make it but unfortunately I could not get one so I saw that something so bright could be aluminum and as I had at home 2 small containers in this material I modified the idea. Although it was a little difficult to execute the idea, the final product didn't look too bad.

Hace unos d铆as v铆 una idea de c贸mo hacer un colibr铆 con discos (CDS) y quer铆a realizarla pero desafortunadamente no logr茅 conseguir ni uno por lo cual v铆 que algo as铆 de brillante podr铆a ser aluminio y como ten铆a en casa 2 envases peque帽os en este material modifiqu茅 la idea. Aunque result贸 un poco dif铆cil ejecutar la idea, el producto final no qued贸 tan mal.
Materials:
Hot Silicone.
Sticks of height.
Small cardboard box.
Scissors.
Recycled aluminum.
Recycled copper.

Step 1:
We glue to the cardboard the height sticks and cut out many pieces in the shape of feathers, these should be of different sizes. We will make the shape of the body and a small piece for the wing that will go in front.
Paso 1:
Pegamos al cart贸n los palitos de altura y recortamos muchas piezas en forma de plumas, estas deben ser de diferentes tama帽os. Haremos la forma del cuerpo y una peque帽a pieza para el ala que ir谩 en frente.
Step 2:
We will start by gluing the body of the hummingbird, then we will glue the feathers of the wing that will be covered with the wing in front, we will continue gluing the wing in front and finally the feathers of the tail.
Paso 2:
Empezaremos pegando el cuerpo del colibr铆, luego pegaremos las plumas del ala que quedar谩 tapada con el ala de enfrente, seguiremos pegando el ala de enfrente y finalmente las plumas de la cola.
Step 3:
With the recycled copper we will make different types of spirals and shapes to make details to the hummingbird. I made the eye with a drop of silicone and painted it with marker. I would recommend that you skip this step and use colored paints or enamels, it will stand out more and will look very pretty.
Paso 3:
Con el cobre reciclado haremos diferentes tipos de espirales y formas para hacer detalles al colibr铆. El ojo se lo hice con una gota de silic贸n y lo pint茅 con marcador. Yo les recomendar铆a que se salten este paso y coloquen pinturas o esmaltes de colores, resaltar谩 m谩s y quedar谩 muy bonito.
In my humble opinion, I think it would have looked nicer if I hadn't put the copper on it. But I wanted to share this project with you anyway, you can modify it to your style.
