Hello community. I had proposed to make a post every day and share with you a little of my creations but it turns out that these last few days I've been feeling a little sick and so I took a break. Today I made a fairy themed doll in yarn. Since I was a little girl these mythical creatures were quite interesting to me as what, their accessories, wings and details in terms of creativity have always been very striking.

Hola comunidad. Me había propuesto hacer un post cada día y compartirles a ustedes un poco de mis creaciones pero resulta que estos últimos días me he sentido un poquito mal y pues me tomé un receso. Hoy he realizado una muñeca en hilos con temática de hada. Desde niña estas criaturas míticas me resultaron bastante interesantes ya qué, sus accesorios, alas y detalles en cuanto a creatividad siempre han sido muy llamativas.

Materials:

Threads.
Scissors.
Silicone.
Large wooden bead.
Small bead.
Marker or something round that size.
Recycled copper.
Cardboard (optional).

Materiales:

Hilos.
Tijera.
Silicón.
Cuenta de madera grande.
Cuenta pequeña.
Marcador o algo redondo de ese tamaño.
Cobre reciclado.
Cartón (opcional).

Step 1:

In a cardboard square or in our hand we wind the thread until we have a large amount, this will be for the dress, I used red color. We will do the same procedure to make the hair. With several strands of skin colored thread, we make 2 braids, one short for the arms and the other longer for the legs.

Paso 1:

En un cuadro de cartón o en nuestra mano enrollamos el hilo hasta tener una cantidad grande, este será para el vestido, yo usé color rojo. Haremos el mismo procedimiento para hacer el cabello. Con varias hebras de hilo color piel, realizamos 2 trenzas, una corta para los brazos y la otra más larga para las piernas.

Step 2:

We cut the threads that will be the hair and we will center several strands of thread right in the middle to tie tightly and insert the wooden bead that will be the head. We will place the threads that will be the dress and tie well.

Paso 2:

Cortamos los hilos que serán el cabello y centraremos varias hebras de hilo justo en la mitad para amarrar fuerte e insertar la cuenta de madera que será la cabeza. Colocaremos los hilos que serán el vestido y amarramos bien.

Step 3:

In the center of the dress we tie the braid that will be the arms and further down the braid of the legs.
With a brush, comb or even with the fingers we comb the strands well.

Paso 3:

En el centro del vestido amarramos la trenza que serán los brazos y más abajo la trenza de las piernas.
Con un cepillo, peine o incluso con los dedos peinaremos bien los hilos.

Step 4:

We will twist several strands of copper and wrap them around the waist of the wrist to make a belt.

Paso 4:

Entorcharemos varias hebras de cobre y enrollamos en la cintura de la muñeca para hacer un cinturón.

Step 5:

We will make with another twisted copper a tiara for our fairy doll, we will insert a small bead we will twist around and on each side we will form two rings. We will place two copper beads on top and adjust with a copper strand passing through the center of each ring. Shape with the marker.

Paso 5:

Haremos con otro cobre entorchado una tiara para nuestra muñeca hada, insertamos una cuenta pequeña entorcharemos dando una vuelta y de cada lado formaremos dos aros. Colocaremos dos cobres por encima y ajustamos con una hebra de cobre pasando por el centro de cada aro. Daremos forma con el marcador.

Step 6:

The wings are made by folding in half a long copper and taking out two oval rings, roll the excess in the same way to make it firmer. With a medium copper we will make the same shape but smaller and leave the two ends to make a detail, repeat this step with a small copper and join all the pieces as seen in the photos, with the leftover ends we will form small spirals. We glue our fairy and that's it.

Paso 6:

Las alas las realizamos doblando a la mitad un cobre largo y sacando dos aros ovalados, enrollamos el sobrante en la misma forma para que quede más firme. Con un cobre mediano haremos la misma forma pero más pequeña y dejaremos las dos puntas para hacer un detalle, repetimos este paso con un cobre pequeño y juntamos todas las piezas tal cual se ve en las fotos, con las puntas sobrantes formaremos pequeños espirales. Pegamos a nuestra hada y listo.
