Camerav does not respond when a media file is opened using camerav

Expected behavior

I expected that i would be able to open a media file using the application.

Actual behavior

When i open my file manager and try to open a media file,a blank screen is shown

How to reproduce

• Browser: download the app from google play store
• Launch the application and allow all permission
• Go to file manager
• Open any file using camerav
• File does not display
• Device: Tecno camon cx air
• Operating system: Android 7.0
• Software version: v0.6 beta 1
