Then you should rinse them thoroughly with water, drain them, and rub them with salt. I placed the fish in a pan with enough oil and cooked them for seven minutes on each side. Hoy me siento orgullosa de aprender el oficio, así que este paso me resulta relativamente sencillo, el cual resumo de la siguiente manera: extraer las vísceras, las agallas y retirar las escamas. Este proceso viene acompañado de abrir zanjas laterales y, en este caso, los dividí a la mitad porque eran muy grandes para el sartén. Luego se debe limpiar con suficiente agua, escurrir y untar sal. Un sartén con suficiente aceite recibió a los pescados, cociné siete minutos de cada lado.
