Currently BTC is breaking down and has fallen slightly below 28000 USDT range , its slight bearish in short term but in the long term bullish is expected .
The resistance level currently for BTC is 28500- 29000 USDT . And strong support level is at 27000 USDT . If BTC falls below this suppport then further bearish is expected .
Good news is India reduced crypto tax from 30% to 3% . Asian countries are more likely in favour of crypto . This all will affect BTC pumping or dumping !
