The elderly will engage with robots in games that will keep their mind sharp, which will help fight many diseases such as Dementia and Alzheimer.
Japan has made great strives in the areas of robots for physical and emotional tasks, however other countries in Europe see the benefits of this technology. In Germany the Care-o-bot has been use to assisted living facilities for many Germans. This robot is used to carry drinks to residents from the kitchens and keep them entertained with games. Robots are the future and they will make a kinder future for the elderly that may feel like they have lose their purpose.
