This was taken at the Nuuanu Pali Lookout. There was clearly a sign at the bottom of this mountain that said "This is Not a Trail" and a chain blocking entry. I guess either those people who climbed up the mountain don't understand the sign or just don't care. This is why people get lost, injured, or die. This is also how nature gets disturbed or damaged or becomes extinct. Please be respectful.
