Marijuana has been decriminalized in Hawaii. It is no longer a crime to have three grams or less of marijuana in your possession. People that have been convicted of possess three grams or less can petition the Court to have their records wiped clean.
This, however, does not make Marijuana legal in Hawaii. Medical Marijuana is legal in Hawaii.
