We do have a lot of rain in some areas but our Tiny House is in an area that does not get a lot of rain as we are close to the ocean.

I always thought what's the big deal about Sushi until I started to make it. It is a lot harder than it looks. No wonder is takes years just to apprentice in a Japanese Sushi Restaurant

It is just super rainy and windy now. Thanks for the kind thoughts.

I use it for soy sauce or other dipping sauces for food. The whole process took about 5 man hours. It would have been way faster if I didn't care about making the finish as perfect as I could.

I use the Holey Galahad disk. It takes a few hours to carve the rough shape and sanding takes a long time.
