I was really excited about this project but am not so sure anymore. It almost seems like the whitepaper was buried and I have not seen any kind of roadmap as to when or how the data will be distributed.

Time to channel my inner Orwell, Dick, and Huxley! This seems like a fun competition and I'm looking forward to channeling some creative juices on the blockchain for a few days.
