Kabul and several provinces in the dark
The electricity company, Breshna, said electricity in Kabul and several provinces had been cut off due to a technical problem with imported electricity from Uzbekistan.
Breshna said that a technical problem in Dand Shahabuddin area of Baghlan province led to a power outage.
According to the company, its technical staff is trying to fix the problem. Unanimously, electricity was cut off in part of Kabul early yesterday.
