Is the US losing it's partners to China?

Although the United States is leading power of the world today but its slowly losing its dominance. I'm discussing here 3 latest news which prove that US is gradually losing its partners & allies to China & Russia.

China to include Afghanistan in CPEC (China-Pakistan economic corridor):

China is willing to extend its economic corridor to Afghanistan.At first meeting between foreign ministers of Pakistan, Afghanistan & China, Chinese foreign minister Wang said that "China hopes that this corridor will benefit the whole region". He further said that

"So China and Pakistan are willing to look at with Afghanistan, on the basis of win-win, mutually beneficial principles, using an appropriate means to extend the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor to Afghanistan".

Pakistan & Afghanistan are both front-line allies of United states in the war against terrorism but in recent years especially Pakistan is becoming the strategic partner of China & latest news signals that Afghanistan is also joining hands with China. US has already its concerns & reservations over China's economical ties with Pakistan but now its another partner is also making relations with China. Some experts are saying that US is losing this region to China. After 3 decades of Russian-Afghan war Pakistan is also trying to make military relations with Russia.
As the war on terror is increasing more burden for US but terror organizations are still growing in the region, Pakistan & Afghanistan are looking towards new sponsors for this anti-terror war.

China to extend its presence in middle east

China is not only advancing in south Asia but also extending its presence in middle east especially in Syria & Iraq.
Iraq is also very strategic partner of US in fight against Islamic State & China is making relations with it. Yesterday, a news group reported that Iraqi officials are stating that China is developing new oil field in Iraqi capital Baghdad. Iraqi oil ministry stated that Chinese Government-run oil company, ZhenHua Oil is building an “oil residential complex" in Baghdad.The interesting fact about this Chinese firm is that it is a unit of Chinese military group "China North Industries Group Corporation" and already operates 11 oil and gas projects in Egypt, Iraq, Myanmar, Kazakhstan and Iraq.

The news about Chinese troops deployment in Syria to fight against Chinese Jihadist organization was circulated in news websites in 28 November, but later denied by both Syrian & Chinese officials. There are still chances of Chinese troops deployment in future but we should know the fact that China is cooperating with Syrian government for decades & giving weapons to Syrian forces.
