LMAX Digital is looking to be the first institutional cryptocurrency exchange that will enable investors to trade in five different cryptocurrencies. LMAX CEO, David Mercer sees the exchange as being a “game changer” and will help transform cryptocurrency from the fringes to the mainstream. Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple were chosen because they were the most established and have the highest level of liquidity.
