One week long rain has caught many. However, new warnings of floods have been issued. Yesterday, people were asked to leave their homes fearing to dump the water of a lake in Fukuyama city of Hiroshima region. On Tuesday, a similar order was issued in Phukwa town of Hiroshima. The government issued fresh landslide warning to the hill areas.
After rain, those areas are now experiencing extremely hot. The temperature rose to 35 degrees Celsius. Therefore, for people who are now refugees or floods whose homes have been damaged due to electricity and water supply, they have been issued warning of a hittro stroke.
