If there is another word for terrified horrified scared, that moment when you feel like disappearing, it's more like a run for your dear life situation, where you see someone who can't even jump fleeing with immediate effect.

I was once in a situation like that, it thought me that there is a very thin line between life and death. It was such a shocking experience.
The moment when it seems like your life flashed before you, and then you get to appreciate being alive the more.
Funny enough, this happened a few years back after the death of someone so dear to me, in blessed memory of my late younger sister, Avode Alextina.

I'm glad I got a chance to write about her here, she was my best friend, we talked about everything, I can even say I wasn't so close to my elder siblings while she was alive, because she was so attentive to details, such a loving soul, she could give her last card for me to be happy. If I have a chance to bring one Person to life, it will definitely be her.
Back to my, story at the time when I lost my younger sister, she happened to be the only female younger sister I had, so I always dreamt of her been my best lady on my wedding day, but unfortunately, she is no more so I hope God feels that space for me.
It was so bad that I didn't even realize I was getting depressed at the time, all I did was go to work, come back home and straight to my room, my family was not comfortable with it, they kept saying I was withdrawn from everyone but i insisted that was my nature. Most times all I did in my room was check
her pictures until I cried myself to sleep and then I wake up again crying 馃槶.
I was just angry at everyone at work, tend to forget a lot of things and any scolding from my boss resulted into tears, I really felt like a part of me was missing, maybe because I was not around when she died, I was called for the information, so I never got a chance to say goodbye. Practically the saddest moments of my life.
So it happened that one day, I was on my way back home from work, because of those thoughts on my mind, I didn't even realize I had left my bus stop, and I was heading towards another direction, and of course I wasn't conscious of my environment.
Suddenly, gbooooooaaa, I heard a loud noise and it hit me so had, I looked and saw a bike man parked by my side, my bag was already at the other side of the road, it was bad enough that it was T-junction, all the vehicles had to park while the driver tried to help me up, then I realized that if it was a busy day, God knows what would have happened. Everyone was saying sorry, the bike man wanted to take me to the hospital.
But I said no, I thought about how my parents would have survived if anything happened to me again at such a time, I thought about life after death, and I imagined if my late sis will be happy if I got to the afterlife at that time. Only then did I realized I had left my bus stop and I started trekking back.
I couldn't tell this story at home because I can only imagine, I'm just glad I didn't sustain injuries, I had to nurse my bruises alone, I ended up seeing a counselor to pour out my mind and it took me a while but I'm glad I'm healed now. And I'm grateful 馃檹 for life and all.
In a nut shell we all will die, all we need to do is live a life worthy of thanks giving, and appreciate every moment, also don't forget to make yourself happy when you can. Thanks for reading.
