Is it possible your 33 degrees to past it's used by date, that would explain the lack of hops as they will fade away if not fresh, it's hard to tell from the picture of the bottle, does it say EXP: 01 2025. If so maybe see if you can find a fresh one and give it another chance, the malt is there, if the hops were also there then you have a nice balanced beer
