So Last week I spent the weekend in the country - Specifically in Hepburn Springs, about 1.5 hours north west of Melbourne Australia. If you want to be even more specific about 4km outside of Hepburn springs at a place called Blue Cliffs.
The cabin itself was nice enough, the grounds however were the real draw here, it is on 22 acres or maybe 22 hectares, being a city kid I've never understood country property size measurements. I can tell you there were the afore mentioned Blue Cliffs on one side of the property before falling quickly down into a deep valley with a small river at the bottom.
The driveway (which was actually maybe a 500m long dirt road ran just below the cliffs, allowing for this shot - we are standing on the road here looking up.
Turn around and you get this view back over the valley
As you can see it's stunning landscape, and quite secluded, but also around the cabins is more, non-native one assumes plantings.
It also gives a lovely outlook from the balcony
